IDONIAL has applied to become a member of the Metabuilding Labs Association and has been formally admitted as an associate member by the association's steering committee, after several years participating as a partner in the Metabuilding Labs project.
The Metabuilding Association (ASBL) is a non-profit organisation based in Brussels and forms the Metabuilding ecosystem, the digital platform and the OITB. The aim of the association is to serve all stakeholders in the European research ecosystem in the construction sector.
IDONIAL joins the Metabuilding Association, as an expert in Additive Manufacturing, new technologies and materials, in order to contribute its extensive knowledge in improving services and finding solutions for the construction sector.
IDONIAL, as a leading centre in Additive Manufacturing, is aware of the numerous benefits that can be offered to this sector, which is constantly improving and seeking high productivity. IDONIAL offers not only freedom in design and specific developments for complex elements, but also direct manufacturing from the digital model without formwork, the integration of recycled materials and construction waste, as well as the implementation of auxiliary systems.
IDONIAL is also an active member of the AM-Platform, which enhances its ability to contribute to innovation in additive manufacturing. The AM-Platform is a crucial component of the Metabuilding ecosystem, which promotes the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing, across Europe. It also strengthens industrial competitiveness by fostering collaboration between industry leaders, research centres and other key players in the construction market.
